From award-winning author Jenna Sutton comes the story of two princes who discover that falling in love is messy

Prince Leo’s icy demeanor has earned him an amusing nickname—the Polar Prince. Unfortunately, the king doesn’t see the humor. If Leo wants to secure the throne of Alsania, he must improve his image. Participating in an organ donation campaign seems like a good start. He expects to donate his organs on his deathbed, so he’s surprised to be matched with a complete stranger who needs his help now.

Tessa Lulach hates to admit it, but she’s a damsel in distress. When a handsome prince offers to save her with a hunk of his liver, she joyfully accepts. She can’t wait to feel like herself again and return to her beloved flower shop. Instead, her identity is revealed, and the quiet life she loves is turned upside down.

As Leo and Tessa deal with the nosy public and ruthless paparazzi, she realizes the Polar Prince is much warmer than he seems—scorching hot, in fact. He willingly gave her a part of his liver, but can he give her his whole heart?

*****

Everyone loves Prince Marco of Alsania, despite his reckless antics … or maybe because of them. So why does sexy schoolteacher Cassie Lulach prefer a boring investment banker over him? Wounded by her indifference, he has an erotic encounter with a masked woman at a royal ball who reminds him of the one he really wants.

After another failed relationship, Cassie is frustrated with immature, inconsiderate guys. Wanting to escape reality, she attends a masquerade ball and finds herself alone with a masked stranger. For the first time in her life, she acts on impulse, only to end up pregnant and absolutely clueless about the identity of her baby’s father.

When Marco learns of Cassie’s pregnancy and her plans to raise the baby alone, he promises to be there for her, hoping she’ll finally see him as more than just a playboy prince. But then he discovers she’s the woman from the masquerade ball and panics. Will the truth destroy his chance to win over Cassie, or will he convince her that they can have their own happily ever after?

Is it time to finally learn to say no?

She fished in her purse for her insurance card and looked at the Porsche again. She’d definitely scratched its paint and dented its bumper.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck.” This time the curse did escape her usually prim lips, and she felt marginally better.
Ridiculous mid-life-crisis mobile. What kind of self-respecting adult male actually drove around in that kind of thing? Clearly a total cheeseball. He was probably five-foot-two with a bald head and a big belly. And had thick, black chest hair tangled with gold chains. She braced herself as the door opened.
Faded jeans molded muscled thighs and were topped by a U2 T-shirt that looked like it had been bought at a concert long ago, not recently at some trendy boutique. He pulled himself to his full height, and she had to tilt her head back to look at him.
Holy wow.
She cleared her throat. “I’m s-so sorry I h-hit you.”
She cringed at her stuttering. But it sure wasn’t every day she encountered such a specimen of pure male gorgeousness on her way home. Well over six feet tall with wavy, sandy hair, he was lean with broad shoulders and well-muscled in the way of a tennis player or surfer. He was maybe a bit older than she was, but nothing except the car screamed “mid-life crisis.” If his expression hadn’t been twisted in annoyance, he would have been perfect.
“Are you blind? Do you have any idea how much this car cost?”
Dick.

There are only three things Michelle Dayton loves more than sexy and suspenseful novels: her family, the city of Chicago, and Mr. Darcy. Michelle dreams of a year of world travel – as long as the trip would include weeks and weeks of beach time. As a bourbon lover and unabashed wine snob, Michelle thinks heaven is discussing a good book over an adult beverage.

That’s where I come in. I set the backdrop and coach you through the breakup.

Don't want overblown drama, hard feelings, or a drink tossed in your face? Then I'm your fairy godmother, child.

BECKET JONES

As an NFL quarterback, endorsement ads and the media pandering after me are all part of the game.

Ivy Hayes is the first woman who doesn't care about my money and the notoriety that goes along with it.

But I'm a long-term guy, and she operates strictly in the now. Which means I need to bring my A-game.

Otherwise, I’ll end up getting ditched.

In Ditched by RC Boldt, Ivy Hayes has never wanted a relationship, but the moment she meets Becket Jones, she can't deny there's something about him that makes her want to get to know him better. However, there are things in her past, she'll never reveal. But when someone uncovers the truth, will the hero be able to handle the reasons why she's kept her past a secret or will they lose their chance at happy ever after?

Ms. Boldt pens an incredible read in this book, which is packed full of emotion that I could feel along with the main characters due to their back stories and the obstacles they face to be together; and which is filled with wonderful characters in both the main and secondary ones, very entertaining dialogue that had me liking the close relationships each of the main characters have with their friends, and had an ending that left me smiling long after this story finished because of the heroine's determination to fight for her relationship with the hero. No way was she going down without a fight.

Both the main characters are extremely entertaining and I could understand why the heroine doesn't do relationships after everything she's been through. How could she possibly trust anyone enough to let her guard down? However, in saying that, she's resilient, courageous and I liked that she was willing to give the hero a chance because he's a good guy that's determined to win her over. I also liked how the heroine's managed to overcome her past in the way she's successful, even though it seems she's buried it and not actually faced it in order to fully move forward. Will she finally confront her past? While the hero, he's confident, talented when it comes to his career as a footballer, and I liked how determined he was to win over the heroine because he knows they could have something good together if she just gives him a chance.

Overall, Ms. Boldt has delivered a superb read in this book where the chemistry between this couple was intense; the romance was wonderful and shows how much the hero wants the heroine; and the ending had me sympathizing with the main characters because of what causes their relationship to go awry, but had me liking what the heroine does to win back the hero. No way would she give up on her relationship with Becket. However, it was the epilogue that wrapped this story up perfectly because of the surprise the heroine has for the hero. I would recommend Ditched by RC Boldt, if you enjoy the mysterious strangers trope or books by authors Jennifer Blackwood, Lexi Ryan, P. Dangelico and Harper Sloan.

In The Duke of Ruin (The Untouchables #8) by Darcy Burke, when the man she was supposed to marry decides he's in love with someone else and chooses to marry the other woman instead, Diana Kingman knows she must leave to avoid a scandal. However, she knows her father isn't going to let her get away easily, so she accepts help from Simon Hastings or as he's widely known as 'The Duke of Ruin'. Yet, as Simon and Diana grow closer, she can't help but be determined to find the truth of what really happened to Simon's late wife. Will the truth finally set him free, or will the pair lose their chance at happy ever after?

This is the second book I've read of this series and I've got to say that it was such a wonderful read because of the main characters and everything they go through their journey to happy ever after. Including the truth coming out about what really happened to the hero's late wife and the heroine having to deal with her father once and for all. No longer can the overbearing man make her life a total torment. However, it was from the moment the hero and heroine come face-to-face for the first time in this story that drew me into this story, as the hero is compassionate and willing to do anything to help the heroine. What will she decide to do?

As for the dialogue, it was very entertaining and had me loving the growing relationship between the hero and heroine, especially since they need each other to heal from their pasts. The hero is full of guilt because of what happened to his late wife while the heroine has suffered verbal abuse from her father for years that has left her worn down. However, in saying that, it's also made her resilient and determined to finally get free, which is proven by the decisions she makes when it comes to the hero. Will she accept his help? Will she accept what he asks of her? While the hero, he's kind, caring and I loved that he would do anything to help his friend Nick because the man can't marry Diana when he loves someone else. I also liked how protective the hero is of Diana when it comes to her father and that he stood up to the man for her. No way was he going to let her father continue to reign terror on her life.

Overall, Ms. Burke has delivered a fantastic read in this book where the chemistry between this couple was strong; the romance was delightful and had me loving the heroine's determination to prove to Simon that she's ready to move their relationship from platonic to physical intimacy and there's nothing he can do to change her mind; and the ending had me loving how things work out for this couple and had me glad that the hero finally learns the truth of what really happened that fateful night of his wife's death. Will the truth absolve him from his guilt? However, it was the epilogue that wrapped this story up nicely because of the interaction between the hero, heroine and a couple of the secondary characters. It had me smiling and shows how good the heroine is for the hero and vice versa. I would recommend The Duke of Ruin by Darcy Burke, if you enjoy the opposites attract trope or books by authors Christi Caldwell, Eva Devon, Jess Michaels and Callie Hutton.

He turned from the fire and contemplated the bed. It was neither big nor small and would support a blanket between them. However, there was no dressing screen to allow for privacy. He wasn’t entirely sure how to broach the sensitive topic of disrobing, but since they would be spending several nights together, it had to be done. He looked back at her over his shoulder. “You aren’t planning on sleeping in your clothes again, are you?” She turned in front of the fire but didn’t come toward him. “I’d rather not. But I’m afraid I’m in need of assistance. Unfortunately, my wardrobe depends upon a maid.” “I’d be happy to provide help. Just remember I’ve no experience as a ladies’ maid.” “Did you never undress your wife?” She looked away, angling herself back toward the fire. “Forget I asked that.” He went back toward her and spoke softly. “Don’t.” She turned her head, her blue eyes dark and vivid in the firelight. “We are going to get to know each other much better than we ought, and I don’t want you to regret things you might say. I assumed you would be curious about my wife. Yes, I undressed her. Many times. If I close my eyes, I can still feel her skin.” But he didn’t close his eyes. He couldn’t. She—Miss Diana Kingman—held him captive with her gaze. Miss Kingman exhaled. “You must promise not to look. Aside from what you must do to unlace my gown. “I promise.” He kept his voice and his gaze steady. “We must trust each other on this journey. Implicitly. That’s why I won’t shy away from your questions.” She nodded, then presented her back. “Will you leave while I undress? I’ll need ten minutes or so. I’ll be in bed when you return and will close my eyes while you disrobe.” It was a good plan, particularly since he thought a walk outside in the cold might do him some good. A beautiful woman’s back presented to him for the purpose of assistance with disrobing was too reminiscent of a time gone by and yet wholly new. Miss Kingman wasn’t Miriam, nor did he want her to be. Simon quickly unlaced her gown and helped lift it over her head. He laid it across one of the chairs set at a small table and returned to help her remove her petticoat and unlace her corset. When he finished, he dropped his hands to his sides. “I can finish,” she said, without looking back. “Thank you.” He left without a word, closing the door firmly behind him. He inhaled sharply, taking perhaps the deepest breath he had in the last ten minutes. Thankfully he didn’t encounter anyone on his walk. He wasn’t in the mood to made idle chatter. His thoughts were bad enough—railing at him for being attracted to someone who wasn’t his wife. But how could he expect to go through life as he had the past two years? A self-hating, forlorn monk. Oh, he put on a good face for everyone else, but no one knew how acutely his pain cut. Tomorrow, they would be on their way to Northampton, and hopefully, things would go as smoothly as they had so far. But first he had to spend the night in her bed. Again. Only with less clothing. Thinking it had been well more than ten minutes, he made his way back upstairs. The lantern next to the bed had been extinguished, leaving just the light from the fire to illuminate the room. Simon looked toward the bed. Miss Kingman lay near the edge of one side—as close as she could get without falling off, he noted—her back to the center of the bed, where it looked as though she’d rolled one of the blankets and placed it between them. He hoped there were enough coverings on the bed to keep them warm. Last night, they’d worn more clothing to bed. Hell. He wore a nightshirt to sleep in or, most often, nothing at all. Tonight, he should probably keep his smallclothes on. Shrugging out of his jacket, he hung it on a hook in the wall. He sat down to remove his boots, working as quietly and quickly as possible. When he’d removed everything but his shirt and smallclothes, he went to his side of the bed and crawled between the icy covers. He shuddered involuntarily and felt her jerk. “Sorry,” he murmured. “Cold bed.” “Very,” she responded, her low, feminine voice rustling over him like a fine silk. He considered making an offer to warm them both up—body heat would be most beneficial. But that was likely a bad idea. For so many reasons. He turned to his side, away from her, but snuggled his back against the rolled-up blanket. That would help with the cold. And the warmer he got, the more easily he would fall asleep. And the sooner he fell asleep, the sooner he could put the proximity of Miss Kingman out of his mind. Too bad none of that happened very quickly at all.

In Sparks Fly by Lauren Runow, all Everly wants in life is to marry for love and not be forced into the union, especially since she's one of four women who the prince can choose from to marry. Luckily though, the prince appears to be moving onto the next candidate and she finds she's dodged a bullet. However, when she begins receiving riddles by text, she's determined to find out who her mystery sender is. Yet, when she learns it's Prince Sage, she finds herself intrigued because he's nothing like the man she imagined him to be. Will Everly give the Prince a chance, or will the pair have to fight for their chance at happy ever after?

What a delightful and very captivating read Ms. Runow has penned in this book where emotions run high because the hero's father is a total jerk and Sage is determined to go after the woman he wants no matter what his father says; the main characters were fantastic because of their back stories and their growing relationship; and the dialogue was a wonderful combination of intense moments and playful banter that had me loving every time the hero and heroine conversed, as Prince Sage was determined to win Everly over. The way this story started had me liking the hero and heroine immediately, as Everly isn't going to let anyone force her into marriage and I liked how she isn't afraid to show how displeased she is. Will Prince Sage and his family pick up on her feelings?

As for the dialogue, it was intense due to the main characters back stories and everything this couple go through on their journey to happy ever after and I liked that the hero would do anything to win the heroine over, even if it means facing off against his father. I also liked how the hero was different to his family in that he wasn't all about appearances. Really, he does a lot of good instead of always looking for a photo opportunity and doesn't think he's better than everyone else because he's royal. While the heroine, she's resilient, brave and I liked that she gave the hero a chance, especially once she realizes how good of a guy he is and that he's totally different to who she thought he would be. I also liked how determined she was to help him when he needs someone on his side the most. Since his life gets turned upside down because of what his father does to hopefully make the prince fall in line with the man's plans.

Overall, Ms. Runow has delivered a wonderful read in this book where the chemistry between Prince Sage and Everly was powerful; the romance is delightful and shows how good Everly is for Sage; and the ending had me sympathizing with the Prince, but had me liking what the hero and Everly do to prove he would be a great future King for his country. I would recommend Sparks Fly by Lauren Runow, if you enjoy the opposites attract trope, the enemy to lovers trope, or books by authors Vi Keeland, Penelope Ward, Natasha Madison and Emma Hart.
